Miss Kim Borsky is a Core Surgical Trainee in the Thames Valley Deanery pursuing a career in Plastic Surgery.

Miss Borsky completed her medical studies at the University of Zurich, Switzerland where she simultaneously studied economics with a focus on business administration in the healthcare sector and statistical modelling of macroeconomic events. She graduated with distinction in both degrees.

She started her clinical training in Switzerland where she passed the surgical entrance examination to become a member of the Swiss Surgical Society before transferring to the NHS to commence a Plastic Surgery themed Core Surgical Training Programme. She is a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons.

Miss Borsky completed an MD at the University of Zurich on optimising the survival prediction of cancer patients. Her research interests include statistical modelling of the impact of health risks factors on large populations as well as the validation and optimisation of outcome measures.
